Refund Policy
Effective date: April 19, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how Learnaro handles cancellations, rescheduling, service withdrawals, and refund eligibility for its non-certified online education and learning support services. Because Learnaro’s work is often customized, time-based, and strategy-driven, refund availability depends on the stage of work completed and the nature of the purchased service.
1. General principle
Learnaro provides customized learning support, educational content development, self-paced educational structures, and remote mentorship services. In many cases, value is created through planning, analysis, drafting, advising, sequencing, and preparation that begin before a final deliverable is physically transferred. For that reason, not all paid amounts are refundable once work has begun.
Learnaro aims to apply this policy reasonably and in good faith. However, refunds are not available simply because expectations changed, the client no longer wishes to continue, internal priorities shifted, or the client failed to participate in the process after work commenced.
2. Inquiry stage and unpaid requests
No refund policy applies before a paid service commitment exists. General inquiries, exploratory conversations, and unpaid scope discussions do not create payment rights, delivery obligations, or refund claims.
3. Deposits and advance payments
If Learnaro requires a deposit or advance payment to reserve project time, begin planning, or secure production capacity, that deposit may be non-refundable once Learnaro has blocked schedule space, reviewed source information, conducted planning work, or begun delivery activity. Deposits compensate Learnaro for committed availability and project initiation.
If a service is canceled before any meaningful planning or work begins, Learnaro may, at its discretion, issue a partial or full refund of the deposit, minus any administrative or transaction costs where appropriate.
4. Custom learning materials and content development
Custom digital learning materials, educational decks, learning PDFs, structured modules, and similar deliverables are generally non-refundable once project work has started. This includes time spent on discovery, content analysis, outline development, writing, structuring, formatting, visual system planning, or revision-based production.
If a client cancels a custom content project after work has begun, Learnaro may retain amounts corresponding to work completed, schedule time reserved, and any non-recoverable effort already invested. If the amount paid exceeds the value of completed work and committed cost, Learnaro may issue a partial refund at its discretion.
5. Self-paced course development services
Projects involving self-paced course architecture, sequencing, lesson structure, educational system design, and platform-oriented course preparation are typically highly customized and involve intensive front-loaded planning. As a result, these services are usually not eligible for full refunds after initiation.
If cancellation occurs early in the project and substantial production has not yet taken place, Learnaro may consider a partial refund after deducting work performed, planning time, and non-recoverable administrative commitment.
6. Remote mentorship and live support sessions
For individual or small-group remote mentorship sessions, clients may request rescheduling with reasonable notice. Learnaro may honor rescheduling requests when scheduling permits. However, missed sessions, late cancellations, or failure to attend without adequate notice may be treated as completed session time and may not be refundable.
Where a session package has been purchased, unused future sessions may be reviewed for partial refund eligibility only if cancellation is requested before those sessions are reserved, prepared for, or reasonably committed. Completed sessions and no-show sessions are not refundable.
7. Client delays and inactivity
If a client becomes unresponsive, fails to provide materials, repeatedly delays approvals, or otherwise prevents the project from moving forward, Learnaro may place the project on hold. In such cases, paid amounts are not automatically refundable, particularly where working time has already been allocated, deliverables have been partially developed, or production has been materially affected by the client’s delay.
Learnaro may, at its discretion, provide a reactivation window or revised schedule. Extended inactivity may lead to project closure without refund to the extent consistent with the work already performed and the capacity previously reserved.
8. Dissatisfaction and revision-based resolution
If a client is dissatisfied with a deliverable that remains within the agreed scope, Learnaro prefers to resolve the issue through reasonable revision rather than immediate refund. Because educational design quality often depends on iteration, refinement, and approval stages, clients are encouraged to raise concerns promptly during the working process.
Refunds are less likely where Learnaro has offered revision opportunities consistent with the agreed scope and the client declines to use them.
9. Circumstances outside the client’s control
In limited cases involving serious technical failure, material inability on Learnaro’s side to perform, or cancellation caused entirely by Learnaro before meaningful work is completed, Learnaro may issue an appropriate partial or full refund. The specific amount will depend on the stage of work, any materials already delivered, and the extent of the remaining unperformed scope.
10. Completed work
Amounts attributable to completed planning, writing, structuring, mentorship time, delivered files, approved milestones, or clearly performed production work are not refundable. Once educational content or learning-support value has been substantively delivered, the corresponding fees are deemed earned.
11. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a billing problem has occurred, you should contact Learnaro first so the matter can be reviewed in good faith. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting direct resolution may delay review and may require Learnaro to provide project records, communications, timelines, and delivery evidence to the payment provider or relevant institution.
12. Processing of approved refunds
If Learnaro approves a refund, the refund will generally be issued using the original payment method where feasible. Processing times depend on the payment provider, financial institution, and any intermediary systems involved. Learnaro is not responsible for delays caused by banking networks or third-party processors after a refund has been initiated.
13. Changes to this policy
Learnaro may update this Refund Policy to reflect operational changes, service adjustments, payment models, or legal requirements. The version published on the website at the time of the relevant purchase or service confirmation will generally govern unless another version is expressly incorporated into the service arrangement.
